We pick up between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Unfortunately this is not a request we can honor. Our trucks are routed in the most efficient way to complete all pickups as timely as possible. We do however send text messages and emails when the driver is on the way.
Please pack your items in bags or boxes and label them with “FBCF.”
Please leave your donations right outside of your front door.
Yes, as long as they are in good, re-sellable condition.
Furniture should be assembled, with the exception of beds, which should be disassembled before pickup. Please put all hardware and fasteners together in a plastic bag and tape the bag to the bed frame. Please note that your furniture must be on the ground floor before pickup.
When you schedule your pickup, please enter the gate instructions in the field provided or call us at 1-888-492-4483 and we will notify the driver.
We pick up rain or shine. Please protect your items by leaving them under a covered area.
Yes, we leave a tax receipt on your doorknob.
It is an honor system based on “fair market” value. We only sign and date the receipt. You are responsible for estimating the value of your donations. Please see the IRS guidelines for donations by clicking this link.
All donations are sold and the proceeds are used to help save the lives of those impacted by breast cancer by supporting scientific research, community education, public policy through advocacy and community-based organizations.
